By accessing or using theBouquet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

theBouquet is a free web application that allows anyone to create personalized digital bouquets with heartfelt messages and share them with others via unique links. No account or registration is required. Supporters who donate via Ko-fi receive a unique unlock link as a thank-you gesture, which grants access to exclusive assets in the bouquet creator.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the bouquets and messages you create. By making a bouquet public, you grant theBouquet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display it in the Showcase gallery and use it for any marketing and promotional purposes related to the service.

You agree not to create content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Contains spam, malware, or phishing attempts.
  • Impersonates another person or entity.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to it.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to create bouquets or access the service without permission.
  • Attempt to generate, forge, or systematically abuse supporter unlock tokens without making a genuine donation.

5. Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any bouquet or content that violates these terms at any time without notice. You may also request removal of your own bouquet by contacting us.

6. Service Availability

theBouquet is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

7. Donations and Supporter Perks

Donations made through Ko-fi are voluntary contributions to support the development and hosting of theBouquet. Supporter perks (exclusive assets) are provided as a thank-you gesture and are not a product being sold.

  • Donations are non-refundable, as they are contributions toward hosting and infrastructure costs.
  • We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove supporter perks at any time.
  • Supporter status is stored in your browser and is not transferable.
  • Unlock links are intended for personal use by the donor. We do not enforce this technically, but sharing your link is done at your own discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, theBouquet and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post a notice on our site for any significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
